I'm Russ. I write Nextstep Notes every Thursday, and I read every reply.
30 years in corporations and 15 years as an entrepreneur and content creator.
In 1987 I fell three stories from a billboard and rebuilt. A merger layoff and a stroke that took my voice for a while taught me to ask one question every morning: What's the nextstep?
